Standard resale: Most everyday used and repurposed items are priced individually, typically ranging from $3–$40 depending on condition, brand, and uniqueness. Multi-item box lots or grab bags are usually offered at discounted bundle pricing starting around $10, with deeper discounts on larger mixed lots.

Consignment: For higher-value or specialty pieces, we generally work on a commission basis of 30–40% of the final sale price retained by SWH This & That Enterprises, with the remainder paid to the consignor. Exact rates vary by item category, expected sale price, and any restoration or cleaning needed.
